This hit deeply and was both moving, encouraging, very enlightening and inspiring. Definitely follows with the mission of "to inspire, educate and motivate." Brené Brown studies vulnerability, courage, authenticity, and shame. She studies human connection -- our ability to empathize, belong, love. The talk is funny, real and yet so educational. You won't watch it once, rather many times over... and even revisit over the years. She has a book which I have both on Kindle and in audio format (Audible.com). I just can't get enough of it. I think this talk is the most concise, clear, brief and poignant talk about life, connection, communication and vulnerability. The title says it all, there is power, great power in vulnerability. BEEF UP! Get powerful!
From coast to coast, and continent to continent I am filled with experiences, thoughts, ideas and recommendations.
These posts are just skimming the surface, but I wanted to have a place where to post what I have learned, taught, lectured, preached and shared.
To pass on what inspires me towards living for a HIGHER IMAGE, not in a physical or material way like the image of style, fashion or aesthetic comparisons, rather reflecting an inner image which we should always seek to progress in and go higher. It's about progress, not perfection!
